In my personal opinion, I believe the proper term would be ‘alchemy’ but in all honesty brewing is as good a term as any.

You'll be happy to hear, however, that your requested shipment of 20.000 Platinum has been filled with absolutely no difficulties or encounters with other notable vessels, unsuspecting or otherwise. Again, I would like to express my deepest apologies for the difficulties and issues in processing this order.

My apologies for the incident involving crewman Okita Hikari and three of your Lane Hackers aboard your station - I assure you she is not normally that disinhibited in public, nor that aggressive with others. Separate payments have already been issued to said Lane Hackers for replacement of ripped clothing, though in all complete honesty they did not seem to mind too much. I respectfully request that any and all recordings of said incident be kept private for Crewman Okita’s continued career in Bristol Constructions & Manufacturing.
