"Oh, she just enjoyed her chat with you," he explained. "She is not a medical professional but is a good ship commander. She tried an enlistment with the Rheinland Navy but it was not for her so I took her away from all that. She likes working the Taus so I assigned her there."
He saw the glisten in his eyes at her mention. "Mr. Chenzo, she is still fairly young and wants to raise a family one days so cardamine is not in her plan as she knows how it interferes with fertility." He smiled. "I think she was impressed by your calm nature towards her. As I said, she is young and has much to learn so that kind of conversation with a high ranking member of Malta impressed her."
He thought a moment about what he had just said. "Speaking of cardamine and infertility, is there any way to treat that? It is a mystery I would like to try and reverse." He shrugged. "It would, after all, be a benefit to Malta."
