Penitence cannot die, but if it's brought to 20% hp, it will be out of commission inrp for the foreseeable future.
Corsairs can register an extra battleship/dreadnought.
The convoy does not need to stop at Petra.
Any big reason for this? DTR cried hard enough not to lose or what?
Either way, count the Nachzehrer out.
This is based on the Corsair in-story decision. The Penitence could be destroyed for good if they wouldn't decide to reinforce her with ships from Petra or Lagos. It was hinted at as an outcome in the NPC comms.
