Great developments occurring.

The Reichstag and lesser-willed members of the Admiralty continue to hold back my plans.

Nonetheless, the Kampfgruppe has seemingly succeeded in deterring GMG interference. Lack of political will and recent developments have forced my attention inward, my machinations on the accursed GMG must wait. The Corsairs have shown great desperation and fanaticism, beating a fighting withdrawal into the deeper Sigmas. Point of origin? Likely, Dresden, deeper Omegas does not make sense given the context. Likely skirmishing with Hessians in accordance with prior reports. Reports of Corsair smugglers moving southward have already reduced.

If this is the reality, this poses a grave threat. While diminished, the Hessians pose a serious threat to the stability and security of Rheinland. Every effort must be made to gain from these events. The Reichstag fears nothing more than Hessian revolutionaries prying their corpses. The new Bureau Direktor has proven cooperative at the very least. Nonetheless, those fools in the Reichstag do not seem to realize you cannot have successful economic investment when terrorists and lunatics run rampant, seeking to burn everything they make.

My connections from the Putsch may prove useful once more. But it seems the situation will require a lighter touch and a longer hand. So what must be done? With fear perhaps the Reichstag will be more amenable. The Kolleda project merits further investment. And the people still need a symbol to rally behind. The Kaiser was supposed to fill this role, but he has not met our expectations. But the symbol, this is still required. So what must be done? Perhaps both a weapon and a symbol could be the rallying cry of the people. A different Kaiser perhaps. The, Kaiser.
