Harsh, yet understandable.

I have another question. Let us move forward ten or fifteen years. Ciara is mature enough to accompany me - and perhaps spend a few days with you in Liberty. However, teenagers are seldom straightforward, and even a single remark or opinion can provoke them into momentary resentment toward their parents, and thus spark a desire to rebel against them and their worldviews.

What would you do if your daughter, in a fit of impulsiveness or a nudge from her friends, chose to become dependent on this - or a very similar substance as a symbol of defiance?
