What's the point in all of the awesome POB built weapons for caps of you can't place them where you want ?

Why not just find a way to use FLhook to limit the max number of certain weapons like a BC main battery, and otherwise let people just set their ship up to suit their own preferences.

If balance requires everything be awkward to use, it's not balanced.
