I have included our initial drafts for proposed onboard facilities in this message, and am very interested in arranging a proper meeting at your Isle of Skye offices in accordance with your availability. In the interim, I will be reaching out to the Bretonian Transport Ministry to connect with the appropriate government licensing authorities. Ideally the vessel would be routed to Freeport 1 after the Hull Launch for further laboratory equipment fitting and service trials.
