Order Overwatch, Civil Servant of the Platform here. We bring news in the developing situation within our territory, along with a request if you can bare my chatter.

Considering the explosive trail that fled Rheinland towards the mouth of the Omicrons, you would have noticed we've ejected a sizable Corsair deployment from its foothold within the region. As of right now we're finally seeing this ruthless butchery fought back by our fighters who have said "enough is enough." This has given us the breathing room we need within the underground influence within Rheinland, we're also expecting to see a sharp drop in the illicit trade of artifacts and dangerous alien technologies marketed off as mere commodities now that the Unioners and junkers will see rougher last mile journey towards their smuggling. The containment of this is priority to assure Rheinland heals from its wounds from the prolonged exploitation of this multi-species conflict.

The underground is looking to propel its means towards bolstering the deployment of our long range capabilities with the repair and overhaul of an Elbe-Class Carrier vessel. The Platform council have deemed it suitable to name it in the honor of Herr Von Claussen, a key figure of our alliance and one who helped to lead against total subjugation. I don't have to say how much this man for us to know how important he is, regardless of being a leader of a contested state agency, is recognized for his pursuit of justice, freedoms and his ruthlessness against corruption. We wish to channel his spirit to increase our capabilities within the Omicrons with a deployment to support in security and extra-stellar investigation efforts. The Core is of great concern with their normalizing relations with House states, they play a big part in how the unregulated corporate state obtains materials that result in disasters like the Hamburg University explosion so we would also consider dedicating some force against their influence within the region.

The Platform is preparing the late stage of refurbishing the shell of this vessel along with upgrading a Ex-Insurgency "Monument" class asset, while admittedly this does present a matter of effort for us to obtain equipment and supplies in trade of agreeable terms per the [SINCLAIR PROTOCOL] to ensure they are combat worthy, the Platform is reaching out to potential parties that have the means to help us fabricate these vessels to ensure they're combat capable against equally heavy targets. We require advanced sensor equipment capable of detecting anomalies, tactical movements and long range & multi-band communication that I've heard the order is capable of producing second to none. Not only for conventional combat scenarios but also to further increase our commitment to the [SINCLAIR PROTOCOL] defense response to emerging threats across Sirius and in the study and exploration of hazardous stellar environments and entities for the betterment of all of Sirius' security.
