Your Character's Name and Surname: Heinrich Hoffman Brief Character Biography:He was born in New Berlin, but after the outbreak of the war with Kusari, his family fled to Liberty. When the boy grew up, he began to dream of joining the Liberty Navy. He grew up dreaming of it. After he turned 18, he was able to enroll in the West Point Military Academy. After graduating, he decided to apply to join the Navy.
