The Kusari Office of Intelligence will soon initiate a large-scale combat operation in the Omicron Mu system. Our primary objective is to destroy key strategic infrastructure belonging to the Order terrorists, who persistently and unlawfully breach our borders under false pretenses. We expect that eliminating these facilities will deprive the Blood Dragons of a critical ally, thereby easing the burden on our forces in northern Kusari.

In view of this impending operation, I hereby request, on behalf of the KOI, that the Kusari Naval Forces deploy one of your battleships to assist us. No change of command aboard the vessel is required; we believe that operating under IKN Hakodate’s leadership will suffice for the mission’s needs. Should you opt to send additional support or fighter craft, they will also operate under the same guidelines.

Though this undertaking carries considerable risk, it is an opportunity we cannot afford to overlook in safeguarding Kusari’s security.
