Qualifications:
Have commanded LNS Leyte Gulf since the early days of the Hudson war.
Provided supporting fire against multiple RM incursions while primarily rotating duty securing Z21.
Late into Hudson war, seconded to LSF and sent on long range reconisance operation.
Between the wars and retirements, previous command is no longer around, Liberty Navy Human Resources Command recommended simply picking a fleet structure to assign my ship to and sent a neural net links to several options.
I discarded said links and did my own research, I suspect HRC hires LPI office staff that have became too corpulent or too lazy for LPI.

Why do want to join the Navy:
I joined for the free flight school, I stayed because being poor was a good way to get hit upside the head and wake up on a prison station owing LPI a debt of labor to get released.

Requested Division:
Wherever a Cruiser Captain and his crew can be of use.

Biography:
My father died in the colony wars abord a merchant vessel, my mother raised me and as soon as I was old enough to make use of a fake ID I made my way into flight school and by the time I graduated I was old enough to join the Liberty Navy.
I worked my way up to Helmsman of an old gunboat, and after damage in an engagement with Rogue bombers ended up in command.
After the vessel was retired I was assigned to command LNS Leyte Gulf, and have captained her since

since 4.84, albeit with a gap between the later days of 4.85 and late last year.

Have you ever been sanctioned or banned, if so why :
Not in well over a decade.
Mostly minor stuff, forum disagreements that escalated mostly.

Ask that they halt and provide proof of licence.
More likely, CD then as they ignore and run away.

5.You have stopped a Trader carrying Cardamine, what do you do with this individual and why :
Insist he jettedon the cargo for destruction, and pay a fine, which I forward to the designated banking account I presume, depending how 46th does business.

Rate your PVP capability 1 - 10 :
Rusty as hell, but very solid in the mechanics of FL.
In 4.85 I would have said solid 6.5 on snubs and easy eight on caps, more depending on the ship flown.
Current build, In much more rusty but I have done fairly well in limited cruiser and GB engagements.
Solid cruiser driver that understands sitting back and not dogpiling without reason.

Rate your roleplay ability 1 - 10 :
I'd say pretty solid 8, main issue is I prefer in-game interaction to fourm typing
