Greetings gentlemen,

Very Well Since we have received the signatories stance on the current Pirate accusation, we are sure that there is no relation between the ongoing pirate problems and the members of theta treaty signatories.

Considering the stance we give this decree,

"by the law of the Empire, the corsair court and the conclave hereby declare all Pirates present in Omicron Theta and Corsairs Territory hereby declared Enemy of the Empire and subjects to extermination in interest of the Empire and its allies."

We hope that the decree is clear and no members of the treaty are against it.
