As you must have already heard, the Kishiro leadership has changed and with the new leadership comes the new goals and structure of the Corporation. Browsing trough the relations Kishiro had, I stumbled upon no agreement with the nation of Rheinland. Seeing your nation is surely in desperate need of fuel sources, and Kishiro is willing to explore the Rheinland market space I am sure we can work out some agreement here.
