History: A young upstart celebrity who's been making herself a name under the guidance of a major PR agency who secured her several warm-up roles at bigger stars' concerts one all for herself; excitement for it wasn't overwhelming but some loyal fans still bought out the tickets in advance; it was still a minor performance in a hall that could fit no more than a thousand visitors at once. It is at one of those performances had she attracted attention of a covert Dragon agent. For him, coming in contact with her was a trivial matter, so before long, Tokugawa found herself an accomplice in his scheming. He leaked her agency private performance orders from high-profile corporate figures which then fell victims of a casualty.

But several such events were deemed too much of a coincidence by the State Police and Kempeitai who launched an investigation
into these murders, so Tokugawa had to be evacuated off world and to Dragon's home. All where she'll get to perform in the foreseeable future is Kyoto and Ryuku, but she's found herself quite engaged with helping to streamline the bureaucratic side of day-to-day affairs of the Dragons - with the recommendation of an anonymous agent who never disclosed his identity.
