Guten Tag meine Piloten,
read this report mindfully, as it can be a guide to successfull strikes against our declared arch enemy: the Libertonian warmongerers.
While I was preparing some things for another operation I got a call from Major General Engels. He was scouting the Texas system, because some MND agents reported two LNS vessels heading to Rheinland. Herr Engels called for support on our encrypted communication channel and we ended with an attack force of three: Major General Engels, Feldwebel Alec V?lkel and myself.
Mission was: quick in, destroy the LNS vessels and quick out.
While Herr V?lkel and me were en route to Texas, Herr Engels tried to lure away the two vessels from the battleship stationed in Houston orbit. When we finally arrived in Texas he was already under fire from them.
We instantly opened fire to save Herr Engels. The first target was the LNS|PeaceKeeper. It was destroyed very quick, but meanwhile a Libertonian strike force approached our position.
Herr V?lkel did a very good job with this well placed shot. Afterwards I ordered concentrated fire on the LNS|-Ionisus. This vessel couldn't stand our fire for a long time.
After the second vessel was disintegrated, I wanted to take out another Libertonian pilot, but the enemy force has grown too strong. Right in this moment Herr Engels Snubnose was hit by an enemy SNAC projectile. He was taken out.
I ordered an immediate retreat to prevent further losses: and it worked.
Today we did again great damage to the Libertonian war machinery.
