The cause. I have been asking myself lately what that even means. Preservation of sentient life. Peaceful co-existence with it. A man who once hunted them, a woman who is searching for artefacts and is seemingly influenced by the nomads from what I have been told. The indoctrination of our new initiates, being brought before the nomads to embrace their light. Can we really peacefully co-exist with them? Can the past be forgiven after they attempted to genocide our entire race?

I was once on their side. I didn't want to be human anymore, I wanted to be more. Amy showed me the joy of being me again. She opened my eyes, her influence changed me. And now I stand here on the crossroads of decisions. Which path do I take? We can't forget nor forgive what they have done to us. Their actions still show the truth. They try to abduct, they try to murder. Their reason? Because this is their home and they want it back, including their technology. The cause... I question it slowly.

Sudbury, Thuringia, Omega 58. It is all connected somehow. Earhart. The Jump network? I have a feeling that the entire Sirius sector might not be natural, but artificial. The amount of Jump Holes in the sector, wormholes that allow instant travel between systems. The sheer amount is not natural. The laws of physics, they seemingly don't apply in a reasonable manner. Is it really possible that the DK have engineered this sector? Is it possible that Earhart is a beacon, to make it possible for the network to exist? I am slowly believing it. Every time a disaster involving a wormhole happened, everything ended up in Earhart. The blackout? It might have been an overload of the network, causing a restart of the machine. It is unstable. Jump Holes collapse, new ones open. It is possible that we are at the brink of a total collapse of the network. The nomads are up to something. Not even they can operate or understand DK tech, even if they are their creators. Maybe they are trying to evolve their own technology? I really want to see that. Possible that there won't be a Sirius left in the end.
