NOTICE: Rule 2.1 Clarification

I remember the rule when it was decided to catch you or pursued with CD in actions ...
But the exception, if you are trapped, and player write his RP you are to wait for 30-60 seconds for the other to respond, if he tried or is fleeing, then you can engage inmediately after your lines ...

I always manage, if you are catched and CD'ed without run, you have a timer after my first message, if you are to be fleeing then you can engage inmediately if he don't respond, followed by the same rule, i still persist, 10 seconds is sometimes low to even respond with an appropiate RP Line as response, unless you as STAFF wanna us just make /1 /2 as majority of players do, but personally i prefer write a customized message every time it passes, 10 seconds is nearly insufficent for that
