I'm Martin Kemp-Smith, Fleet Admiral and Commanding Officer of the Forty-sixth Fleet, Liberty Navy. It's a pleasure to make your acquaintance, Warden, and I appreciate you reaching out.

It is good to see that the Liberty Police is investing in additional facilities. The loss of Attica came at a huge cost and with recent events, unlawful activity is at an all time high, amongst other affairs, both foreign and domestic; we find ourselves in need of cooperation, more now than ever before. We'll be sure to make use of your facility, should the need arise, and I would extend that if the Navy can assist in any reasonable nature, you need only ask.
