To actually answer your question as opposed to using it as a launching board, I would strongly suggest giving Capt. Glenn Thacker a ring to see what he has in the works. The man knows how to make things happen and can point you in a suitably lawful direction in Bretonia.

Bretonia is a lovely place to be, quiet, but it's getting warmer up there.

Or if his brand of good times isn't your cup of tea, I would consider signing on with one of the groups up there or simply picking yourself up a lovely gunboat and playing along with the locals.
