Miss Sharp,

I am Captain Samantha Brown, and I've been ordered by Vice Admiral Maria Uhmen to respond to your application on behalf of the Fleet's High Command. I happily inform you that your request to join the Fleet has been reviewed by Command and it has been accepted.

It is most impressive that you taught yourself how to fly and shoot - those are skills not acquired easily. I am certain that your time in the academy and also in the Fifth Fleet gave you a chance to hone those skills even further. Needless to say, I hope that your career within the Forty-sixth Fleet isn't as short lived as your career within the Fifth was.

You will begin your career with us as an Ensign. Command will ensure that you're well acquainted with the traditions of the Libertonian armed forces, as someone with your past should be, and give you all the tools you'll need to reach the maximum potential you are capable of, perhaps even push you higher. The period you will serve at this rank will also double as a probationary period so that Command can assess your suitability to the Naval lifestyle, and ensure that you're on the right path to becoming an effective officer. On proper completion of your first After-Action Report (AAR), Command will review it as well as your performance.

Please report to our headquarters on Norfolk Shipyard at your earliest convenience, there you will be given your first assignments and you will be familiarized with your new working space, as well as the people that make up the Fleet. Any further details you may require will be given to you once you reach Norfolk Shipyard.
