Herr McKenzie,

Due to changes in the Rheinland Criminal Code, your request is redundant in its current state. As per Article 2, Section 3, Subs. 7,
"Usage of Jump Drives, Beacons/Matrix's and Survey Modules within the borders of Rheinland require prior notice to the government. Failure to notify the government will result in a fine of no less then 100.000 SC or the destruction of the vessel."

There are currently no legal channels to allow for a blanket usage of the above-mentioned equipment, but you may continue to mount them on your vessels. You must continue to inform our public-facing channels or those of Rheinland's security forces of your intention to activate this equipment in advance.

I will ensure that discussion of addendums to the Article takes place during the next inter-Ministry conference.
