Now, as the jurisdiction issue requested by the Rheinland government has been, hopefully, resolved; there is another issue to address. Namely your incompetence in the field of law enforcement. Since subtleties seem to elude you, Oberrätin, I'll be direct with you. The Kaiserreichspolizei Rheinland is not only incapable of enforcing the law in Rheinland House Space, it is also too often outside of it to do so. I and my company forgot about you, quite simply because you aren't doing your job, besides asking Weiss Shipping for money over the timing of our paperwork. This is not an insult, it is objective criticism.

If you wish to be respected as "ze law-enforcement" in Rheinland, you should endeavor to do so and tax the multitude of intruders within its borders, instead of home corporations. If you disagree with this assessment, we will do our utmost to cooperate with the Rheinland government in evaluating your performance in the field. I would personally welcome it.
