Unofficial Faction Discussion

So in the beginning I figured putting off who I wanted to ally with, but seeing as that seems more of a hassle, I wanted someone independent of everyone else, without looking like a power-trading faction, which isn't the goal. The goal is to become the most realistic trading faction in all of Sirius.

In any case, I wanted to cross out allying with Zoners, as they tend to be overused. And, I did not want to be allied with any House factions.

So then I had this idea. Why not the Bounty Hunters Guild?
This would allow me to use bigger Transport ships, which will fit in with my RP when I post the unofficial faction information. But it gives me relatively no hassle when it comes to Houses.

I'm still researching everything before I begin in game. I have a solid, not huge shiplist that consist of ships from all 4 houses and a Prison Liner, which I will RP to be renovated. But here comes the problem. On the wiki it says that BHG is generally not welcomed in Kursari. Now, I cannot remember why they weren't?

So I need 2 answers.
1) Is that information is true.
2) If the answer to 1 is yes, then I need some official to the Kurisari government tell me if that would be alright if I had a BHG trading faction, and used their space.
