I assume that you appreciate your time, and will get directly to the point. Gallic National Intelligence is looking to conduct a series of covert operations, and we wish to use ships and weaponry that would allow us to do so without those we act against knowing that it was a GNI operation. We have turned to you because Unione Corse ships would not draw undue attention, while still giving us this deniability.

I expect that you would ask that we not use these ships against any of your allies, and I can assure you that such a demand would be happily met. We intend to use these ships only against common enemies, and would not make moves against any that you see as your friends.
