Your existing experience recommends you to the formal first step of the officer track, but you have much to learn about the Rheinwehr and our purpose in Rheinland. Therefore, your application is approved, granting you the rank of Fahnrich under probationary status.

Continue to do your duty by the crews on the vessels you serve, and learn as much as you can about our traditions and history. The Grossadmiral will personally review your performance at the end of the next promotion cycle, and you had best impress him. Meanwhile, I and other experienced Enlisted will be available to you for any questions you may have. If necessary, you may also be placed under an experienced Officer, further accelerating the start of your career within the Rheinwehr.
