Update:

To avoid prejudicing the interests of applicants, the Bretonian government has adopted a principle of positive administrative silence.

This means license applications (for cargo, equipment, ships, modular bases) must be meaningfully responded to within 14 days, and are automatically granted if this is not the case.

A meaningful response includes an approval, a denial, a request for additional information / clarification, or a formal notice of extension explaining why additional time is required.
