[Official Event] Tug of War

The event runs for 16 hours per day (from 10 am to 2am of the next day UTC), which are peak server hours.

I am a bit surprised at the sudden problem...

As an American, I'm scratching my head on this one. Unless these folks are working 16 hour shifts for a week straight, I'm not sure where this lack of availability is.

To make sure everyone is on the same page, as an east coaster, 10AM - 2AM UTC equates to 5AM-9PM. Can a fellow American explain how we are being screwed here?

I, a European, can trade for an entire evening from 6pm to 2am if I so choose.

You, an American, have to stop at 9pm. You do not have a choice. God forbid someone lives on the west coast.

I don't see how this is hard to grasp.
