Following the latest session of the Congregation, changes have been made to the contents of the following article(s):

Maltese Codex of Interstellar Law

[§0-1]
'Republic Space' is now defined as 'Maltese House Space and Maltese Border Space'

[§0-1-1]
The system of Melilla (Omicron Xi) is no longer considered Maltese House Space, and has been removed.
The system of Eolie (Tau-44) is now considered Maltese House Space, and has been added.
Adjustments to territory recognized as Maltese around anomalies in systems bordering Maltese House Space that lead to such systems.

[§0-1-2]
The systems of Eolie (Tau-44] and Tau-53 are no longer considered Maltese Border Space, and have been removed.
The system of the Sigma Sector (Sigma-13/15/17/19/59) are no longer considered Maltese Border Space, and have been removed.
The system of Tau-61 is now considered Maltese Border Space, and has been added.

[§0-1-3]
The systems of Magellan, Cortez, Kepler, Galileo, Inverness, and Vespucci are no longer considered Maltese Outer Border space, and have been removed.
The Kusari Region (Kyushu, New Tokyo, Shikoku, Honshu, Hokkaido, Tohoku) and the Edge Nebula (Delta, Gamma, Theta, Zeta, Iota, Minor, Major, Mu, Psi, Phi, Kappa) are no longer considered Maltese Outer Border space, and have been removed.


[§1-1]
Slog, Hypnotainment Bands, and Shigeakiki have been added to the list of contraband commodities.
Blood Diamonds have been removed from the list of contraband commodities.

[§1-1-1]
'Gallic Defense Forces' has been removed, replaced by 'Gallic Navy'.

[§1-2-1]
Possession of Maltese vessels by applicable citizens of Malta has been altered. Vessels marked as hostile affiliates of the Nationalist Government of Malta (//Outcast ID) are not longer authorized to command Maltese vessels, and are therefore subject to the codex in full.
Vessels of Maltese origin may only be piloted by members of the Armed Forces, or individuals authorized to fly such vessels.

[§1-3-1]
'Gallic Defense Forces' has been replaced with 'Gallic Navy'.
Additionally, the Hellfire Legion and independent Maltese entities have been removed.

[§1-3-2]
This article has been suspended following the normalization of relations with the Reformed Empire of Kusari.

[§1-3-3]
This article has been removed in its entirety. The Republic has no need for vigilante justice.


[§1-5]
'Gallic Royal Enclave' has been replaced with 'Gallic Royalists'.
Gallic Royalists entry updated to include war crimes and destruction of planetary bodies.
Kusari Naval Forces / Kusari State Police / Kempatai (Kusari Office of Intelligence) have been removed following the normalization of relations with the Reformed Empire of Kusari.
The Bounty Hunters Guild has been removed.


[§2-1]
'Ageira White Boxes' has been modified to include any Ageira-made Gate/Lane Parts.
'Black Market Light Arms/Munitions' has been modified to include Black Market Pharmaceuticals.
'EFL Blue Packs / EFL Gate/Lane Parts' has been added.

[§2-1-2]
The transport of stabiline for personal use (five [5] units or less) is authorized for any entity within Republic space.

[§2-1-3]
The transport of EFL Blue Packs / EFL Gate/Lane Parts is authorized for EFL Oil & Machinery ships in any amount.


[§2-2]
An embargo has been placed upon all cargo transport traffic coming to or from the system of Madrid (O-Alpha).


[§3-1]
'Auxesia Paramilitary' has been replaced with 'Technocracy of Auxo'.
'Confederal Gallic Defense Forces' has been replaced with 'Gallic Navy'.
'Gallic Royal Enclave' has been replaced with 'Gallic Royalists'.
'Hellfire Legion' has been removed.

[§3-1-2]
'Crayter Republic' has been removed, as authorization is granted through §3-1-1.
'Gallic Defense Forces' has been replaced with 'Gallic Navy'.
'Auxesia Paramilitary' has been replaced with 'Technocracy of Auxo'.
'Kusari Naval Force' has been added.
'Hellfire Legion' has been removed.

'Kusari Naval Forces, State Police, and Kempeitai' have been removed.
'Gallic Royal Enclave' has been replaced with 'Gallic Royalists'.


[§3-3-1]
The IMG are now authorized to field warships within Maltese space.

[§3-3-2]
'Gallic Defense Forces' has been replaced with 'Gallic Navy'.
'Kusari Naval Forces' has been added.
Warships of the Gallic Navy are no longer required to follow laws regarding proximity to jump anomalies within the system of Burgundy.
(Secretary's Note: This just seems logical.)

[§3-3-3]
'Auxesian Paramilitary' has been replaced with 'Technocracy of Auxo'.
'IMG' has been removed.
Warships of the GMG and Technocracy of Auxo are authorized to transit Maltese space.

[§3-3-4]
'KNF, KSP, and Kempeitai' have been removed.
'Gallic Royal Enclave' has been replaced with 'Gallic Royalists'.

[§3-3-5]
'Bustard'-class Civilian Carrier has been removed.


[§4]
All regulations pertaining to the construction of modular installations are suspended, to be superceded by Crayter Law Article IV.


[§5-1]
Amendment declaring the 'Republican Seal' as the new emblem of the Republic of Malta

[§5-2]
Amendment authorizing individuals not born of Malta to be eligible for the positions of President of the Republic of Malta and Vice President of the Republic of Malta.
