Subject: Business Proposal

-- BROADCASTING MESSAGE --

To our dear partners in ALG, hello! My name is Elize Terblanche, representing Caledonia Distributions Limited, and we're reaching out to you to gauge your interest in and ability to commit to a construction project which is moderate in scale but quite in-depth in terms of requirements. In essence, we wish to build a new shipping platform in the Honshu system with a specifically highly modular design so as to accommodate further expansion. As you may know, Caledonia operates on a somewhat lean budget -- not too dissimilar from the rest of Gateway in this regard. Rest assured that we'll take care of all the legal proceedings and paperwork.

Specific requirements are thus:
  • Minimum storage space of one-hundred-ninety-thousand SSUs' worth of cargo.
  • Storage areas segregated into at least four separate modular warehouses.
  • One warehouse able to be completely detached from installation superstructure and towed away by no more than two Hercules-class Heavy Lifters. Detachment must be possible within ten minutes or less.
  • This special warehouse must be heavily armored both internally and externally, equipped with redundant monitoring, security, and fire suppression systems, and have independent life support systems as a backup.
  • This special warehouse's security and reliability constraints may be further tightened in the future, pending consultation with relevant experts possibly including your own Division IV.
  • A bespoke hydroponics garden, to be designed in collaboration with another external contractor. This amenity is low-priority compared to the other items on this list, but it will be a necessity sooner or later.
  • Comfortable and pleasant docking bays, lobby areas, bar, cafeteria, crew quarters, and temporary lodgings for up to 60 visiting guests at a time.
  • Secure, comfortable, and pleasant executive meeting room.
  • Internal architectural flourishes done in a trans-Sirian style, with subtle but authentic Bretonian and Kusari finishes.

If the general outline of this project seems within the scope of ALG's current business plans, we can provide further details as needed and as the legal paperwork is ironed out with the Kusari authorities, before then moving on to a full contract -- with payment rendered up-front as soon as possible. We intend to move as swiftly as the law and good sense here permit in every single aspect.

The intended purpose of this installation is to serve as a redistribution centre for goods making their way between Kusari, Rheinland, the Sigmas, and the upper Omicrons, specifically operated in partnership with our new associates at Kishiro's own Ionic Incorporated. Having crunched the numbers together, we're highly confident that this project, if successful, will see their production throughput increase dramatically while also greatly stimulating demand for your own products, especially high-temperature alloys -- an arrangement which not only unites disparate business interests, but will see massive profit for us all.

From all of us at Caledonia, Ms Horner, thank you for your consideration, and for being a steadfast friend in an otherwise harsh galaxy. We hope to see this project move forward and do good for the people of the region! Have a wonderful day!
