Our parent company's own engineers over at Lewes have reviewed your plan and given it their own stamp of approval, and as upper management has greenlit this project for fast-tracking, I'm happy to say that all that remains is adequate planning for the special warehouse and final governmental approval. While we anticipate that establishing the necessary contacts and building the prerequisite reputation as an extremely reliable and fully well-intentioned economic actor within Kusari will take quite some time, the eventual intent for the hazmat unit is to store active alien artifacts and anomalous materials sourced from -- well frankly, we don't really know where they come from, but we do know that they're in extraordinarily high demand by our partners in Ionic. In what will quite likely be the long period prior to acquiring such approval, we intend to use this special warehouse to store extremely sensitive goods such as fuel, weaponry and ammunition, gold, and waste products awaiting export. The idea is that it should be maximally resilient against internal explosions and in the instance of any internal incidents should be able to be quickly quarantined so that appropriately trained personnel can fully prepare before deployment to contain the issue. Our number one priority is the safety and well-being of all our staff, including emergency response teams, while minimizing the risk of any occurrences within the special warehouse module spilling over to the rest of the installation -- hence the requirement that the entire module, in case of an extreme containment failure, be able to be detached, towed away, and fully isolated so that longer-term mitigation can be safely implemented. Naturally, fully rating the unit for its final intended purpose will almost certainly require close collaboration with Ionic's experts, but we're hoping that it won't be too cumbersome to design and construct the unit in such a way that additional safety features can be added as the relevant licensure is acquired. I hope that this better clarifies our needs and gives your team a solid base to work with. As soon as you're ready, we can talk prepayment for this endeavour, send over a contract, and file the final paperwork with Kusari's authorities.
