I gotta idea!

If a player wipe had to be done, hows about that only the people that are level 75+ need to be given compensation. This would decrease the workload drastically for the admins.

OR:

System Faction Leaders get 100mil to distribute to all their members. This means handing off some of the workload from admins to System Faction Leaders.

ALSO: Hosting competitions and more RP events and giving out cash prizes for participating would get the server economy back on its feet.
