Hi,

I understand the Core (5) case, no problem, but I have another question please,
I am a bit confused here with the consumption.
If I have a Core (4) base and the factories on that base need 600 scientists
If i have 1000 scientist sitting on the base, then the 600 only will consume FOW while working, and the 400 remaining will not consume FOW, right?
