Alright. We should discuss this a little bit. What an outcast should do when they see and IMG on "their territory"?

1. Kill them
2. Ask to drop cargo and let them leave with only that
3. Run if you see IMG, they are the greatest warriors and plus you could get sanctioned if you pirate them

I think you got a bit too far with this sanction
