The Rheinland Polizei has been made aware of an incident involving the ALG vessel Graz and a Daumann Heavy Construction (DHC) convoy, specifically a Colossus-class transport piloted by Oberaufseher Bruno von Bommel. The allegations include:

• Unlawfully impeding the transit of a Rheinland corporate convoy.
  
• Physical contact between vessels, posing a threat to civilian traffic.
  
• Tampering with Rheinland infrastructure (trade lanes).
  
• Use of inflammatory language with potential political subversion implications.
  

Given the severity of these claims, the Rheinland Polizei is conducting an official review of the incident. As part of this investigation, we formally request the following evidence from ALG Waste Disposal to clarify the events:

• Black box records from the ALG vessel Graz covering the full duration of the encounter.
  
• Sensor logs detecting ship movements and trade lane activity at the time of the incident.
  
• Communication logs (both text and voice, if available) exchanged between the ALG vessel and the Daumann convoy.
  
• Security camera footage from the bridge or external vessel cameras, if such systems were active.
  

Failure to cooperate or provide the requested materials to a Rheinland Lawful Enforcement entity within a reasonable timeframe will result in the dismissal of ALG’s position in this dispute. Furthermore, in the absence of sufficient counter-evidence, the Rheinland Polizei will be left with no choice but to rule in favor of Daumann Heavy Construction and issue appropriate sanctions for violations of Rheinland Law within our space.

We expect a response at your earliest convenience to ensure a fair and transparent resolution to this matter.
