We have reviewed the data from the crew of the ship SCRA|CPW-Arkhangelsk. We believe it was highly inappropriate of the Corsairs to attack our ship near Freeport 11, but thankfully no civilians were injured. Regarding a possible attack by Core forces using Freeport 11. HC does not see the need and sense in it, as our task is to protect the citizens and not to provoke them as the Corsairs do. We do not intend to carry out military operations using your station.

Also our representative passed us the results of your discussions and our team's comments on coordination, further development of our legal relations and economic supplies.
