If you're going to take suggestions as a hostile act, then that means you clearly don't want to be part of the server.

since most of the so called "suggestions" are unjustified complaints, who would want to be part of that? - rhetorical question
As for your question, we have not usually instigated attacks against anyone unless we are provoked or attacked or have a bounty on said player, or at war with them..... and yes we do take bountys, I receive pms concerning bounties, however the target usually logs off when chased.
