I don't see a reason to wipe anyone if players won't start equal. Preferably at 8500 credits, although I guess you'll want me killed in the most cruel way for this suggestion :P

Anyway, there's no way anyone gets more than others... if we all start with 8500, let it be so, if it's 100 million, then 100 mil for everyone. No preferences. But if 100, why wipe?

Factions... well, I know that some server admins sponsor clans to attract them, but I think that factions should earn their position - and their money - themselves, not relying on admin's gifts.
