I've been playing for over eight years, and I've rarely won a PvP. I've been pirated by five at a time, and I've literally had to suck it up on occasions where, due to my own decisions, I've gotten myself into places where I was guaranteed to get beat. That's the way it is.
All this fuss about ganking rules is not about ganking itself, but about the usual whiners who can't stand to see their pixels explode.
So do i. i even once was pirated by 4 bombers from a official faction, that about 2 months later, they were crying that they were ganked. all i asked is why is perfect normal a trader to lose all cargo, when there is a rule that pirates have to make a reasonable demand. why that triggered some? last time i was pirated it was againts a gunboat, i run because i had a base close enough, and also ... the normal pirate line, cut your engines, give me X or die ... proper rp right? yeah! it is not being pirated, is a part of the game, it is not losing a pvp, it why ... WHY ... losing all cargo that can cost several hundreds Ks is normal, but pirates monetary demands have to be much lower! does not make any sense! that's what i want to know, nothing more. i don't care if i'm out number and out gun, it is normal, but also a rule that say dont gank and then say you can gank ... strange! but again my question is about why it is ok a trader lose all cargo that may costs hundreds of Ks, and why is not against the rule that pirate has to make a reasonable demand! but ... looks like i'm stupid because i can be pirated, and i have to avoid interactions and also i also have interact. just made a simple question ... i can go to the kudos, or faction feedback, and find me giving kudos to pirates, because they were well made rp proper ones, and even after we continue to talk in private message, even my last kudos was me in a zoner transport talking to a vagrant , all making a proper rp. again it is not about being pirated, and how many they are, it is why losing a cargo that can be worth hundreds it is reasonable, but if they ask money it was to be much lower, otherwise it is not reasonable. just that. simple.
