A bearded man appeared on the screen, looking somewhat confused.

"Good evening, Herr ... Hector? Can I call you Hector? Anyways,
My name is James Hollywood, I somewhat run the show in what you call the Unioners 'of Pacfica base'. "

He lit a cigar with his lighter, taking a few big puffs of smoke before he continued.

" Forgive me if I'm a bit slow, but what exactly do you want from us? Sure, we can take a look at your ship a lil'. However, you keep throwing around this phrase 'standard costs' for what, as it appears to me, isn't a 'standard' ship to ya. I sure do appreciate the trust, but I just need to know that we can trust ya to pay the bills, if you know what I mean? "
