with reference to the Rheinland Bundestag announcement of the 4th april 819, i want to register an Outpost.

§1.1.1. Name of the base: Alster Production & Storage
§1.1.2. Name of the station administrator: D. Hart
§1.1.3. Affiliation: Imperial Shipping
§1.1.4. Purpose for the station: Docking Bay Production & Storage
§1.1.5. Existing trade agreements: None until now
§1.1.6. Location of the base: Near Alster Shipyard
Also will be guaranteed, that all points of §2.3 will be strictly adhered.
§2.3. Responsibilities Wrote:§2.3.1. The station administrators have to ensure, the official law-enforcement authorities have docking rights all the time.
Will ensure that.
§2.3.2. The station administrators have to ensure, at least two official Rheinland corporations have docking rights.
Will grant access to: [RM], BDM|, RFP| (others may follow)
§2.3.3. Trade agreements with restricted non-Rheinland corporations have to be approved by the Rheinland Bundestag.
§2.3.4. Trade agreements with restricted goods have to be approved by the Rheinland Bundestag.
§2.3.5. The station administrators have to ensure, the trading within Rheinland space to the base has to not violate the laws of Rheinland.
Registration Fee will be send if registration will be accepted.
