In light of the continued cooperation between Rheinland and Gallia, the Kaiserliche Polizei Rheinlands (KPR) has received a formal request from our counterparts in the Gallic Gendarmerie regarding mutual unrestricted access for police transport vessels. Message Notice

The request aims to facilitate secure and lawful commerce between both Houses while ensuring the protection of the Rheinland-Gallia trade corridor, particularly through Zurich and Cologne. As such, we are requesting official authorization for the following terms:

• Mutual Police Transport Access
  
• Both the KPR and GNP are permitted to transit through Rheinland and Gallia with lawful cargo without additional bureaucratic restrictions.
  
• A maximum of two gunboats or gunships per convoy may provide security escorts.
  
• Independent transport operations are allowed for logistical needs.
  
• Enforcement of Lawful Trade and Security
  
• Both police forces will collaborate to enforce security along the Rheinland-Gallia corridor, specifically in Zurich and Cologne.
  
• Any unlawful cargo discovered in transit will be subject to each House’s laws and enforcement procedures.
  

Given that the Zurich-Cologne passage is already established under existing treaties, we believe this agreement aligns with Rheinland’s economic and security interests. We kindly request the Rheinland government to review and approve this arrangement to strengthen cooperation and maintain lawful trade routes.
