Your request has caught us amidst formulating an announcement regarding the temporary closure of the License Directory. Pending amendments to the Imperial Stellar Codex will affect our database, among these changes are drastic revisions to the formal fees tied to modular installations.

However, the Ministry is convinced that such bureaucratic processes should not have negative affects on Keiretsu subsidiaries and a few calls resulted in an immediate greenlighting of your project with a disregard to any monetary fees. Upon direct request of the Ministry of Agriculture, we forward merely two conditions to Wren Aerospace Technologies:

• All workers for the Hydroponics Facility are to be drafted from areas on Planet Kyushu hit the hardest during the flooding a few years ago.
  
• Wren Aerospace Technologies, as Samura subsidiary, will evaluate potential business avenues planetside aimed at assisting the struggling regions and their farmer population. There is no need to draft and present us with plans immediately.
