Official IMG can.

- Can attack any ship in defense of allied ships.

- Can engage in piracy against competitors outside of House Space.

- Cannot dock Cruisers, Battlecruisers, or Battleships in House Space, except on IMG bases.

- Cannot use ships with more than 4,300 cargo space.

Within Zone of Influence (Bretonia and bordering systems, Taus, Omegas):

- Can attack ships considered hostile by the IMG.

- Can attack competitors outside of Bretonia.

- Can enforce laws outside Bretonia.

- Can engage in piracy against Corporate ships outside of Bretonia.

Mining Bonuses: Niobium (4x), Copper (3x), Diamonds (3x), Gold (3x), Silver (3x)

Just not indies.

Looks like something that needs to be addressed, no lawfuls come close to that - and IMG are more unlawful than lawful in terms of their play )))

Prehaps do like Zoner/Zoner Militant and have an ID split ?

IMG: Miners with caps, just wants to be left alone and mine.
IMG Militant: Also miners, but actively hostile to the house corps and unable to enter house space, and not allowed caps bigger than a GB.
