In regards to your inquiry towards the installation within the Ruhrfeld; I would need to know if there is a module pre-installed for refining scrap. If so it could proof beneficial for the House of Rheinland in the cleaning process of the "Waste Field" around Kreuzberg. That said being within the Ruhrfeld field is a disadvantage position in terms of the ease of access yet if the requirement for an installation that needs to be more "secretive" should arise it could be a location worth considering. The current coordinates of the Spandau Prison are optimal for a facility meant to rehabilitate those of damaged mindsets. A perimeter fit to research or storage of goods that are prone to be a hazard for regular citizens of corporate entities should be kept in mind for government projects.
That said these are first hand thoughts. I am unaware of the non transparent needs of the House of Rheinland, be it the Kaiserliche Polizei, the Military or the Büro des Marinennachrichtendienstes as Weiss Imperial Shipping only get's involved if we are contracted to move items in a confidential manner.
