If Rheinland is in need of Optronics we as of this moment have 27.000 units up for sale on Weissport.
Aside from that; I assume you already have contacted Daumann in regards to this pitiful place within Ruhrfeld. I can only assume that they currently have their hands full with Spandau Prison but they may be able to send someone to take a look at the station while working out some sort of workflow to bring it back to a status quo of basic existence.
I have to mention that the Ruhrfeld isn't a place any of my pilots go, including myself, hence my words hold only theoretical value to consider.
