This message serves as an official summons and final warning regarding the ongoing investigation into the incident involving ALG vessel "Graz" and Daumann Heavy Construction (DHC) assets. Despite call attempt to reach your organization since 07-03-825 A.S., no response has been received.
This prolonged failure to comply with a state investigation constitutes an obstruction of justice under Rheinland law.

• Interference with Commerce & Public Order (Trade lane disruption and collision with a lawful Rheinland convoy)
  
• Obstruction of Justice (Failure to respond to legal summons and refusal to provide relevant evidence)
  
• Failure to Comply with Rheinland Polizei Directives (Ignoring lawful requests for a formal review of the incident)
  

LEGAL SANCTIONS & FINES

Due to your continued non-compliance, the Rheinland Polizei imposes the following penalties, effective immediately:

• Fine for Non-Compliance with a State Investigation: 5,000,000 SC
  
• Fine for Interference with Commerce & Public Order: 5,000,000 SC

ALG Waste Disposal must:

• Submit a formal response within five (5) days (by 07-04-825 A.S.) providing all requested details and evidence regarding the incident.
  
• Arrange payment of the 15,000,000 SC fine to the Kaiserliche Polizei Rheinlands account. KPR|Bank
  

Payment failure will result in further legal measures, including operational restrictions.

If ALG continues to disregard Rheinland laws and fails to comply by the deadline, the following escalated measures will be enforced:

• Trade and operational restrictions within Rheinland space for ALG vessels.
  
• Blacklist review by Rheinland Government Authorities.
  
• Increased border inspections and priority patrols targeting ALG operations.
  

We urge ALG to respond immediately and take the necessary steps to rectify this matter. Further negligence will not be tolerated.
