This is Ethan Blake, transmitting from our Niobium refining complex in Tau-23.

We hereby notify the Kusari Naval Command of our intent to expand trade logistics by deploying a supply outpost within the Shikoku System. The primary objective of this station will be to optimize the distribution of Niobium , granting Kusari and Liberty entities a more direct and efficient access route to refined resources.

We confirm full acknowledgment and compliance with all Kusari space regulations, including—but not limited to—those regarding the deployment and operation of civilian modular installations, inter-house commerce, and cargo protocols.

No manufacturing modules for ship production will be installed—this facility will operate exclusively as a logistical trade hub.
