Sender: Kapitän Heinrich Falk Recipient: Omicron Supply Industries, Logistics Command Transmission Origin: Maric Metallurgical Labs, Omicron Mu Subject: Priority Logistics Request – Material Delivery to M.M.L.
Grüße, Mr. Kelsomagus,
On behalf of the Maric Metallurgical Labs, allow me to thank you for the swift and professional response. Your acceptance of the delivery contract is well received, and your reputation for reliability precedes you — which is precisely why we reached out to OSI in the first place.
The M.M.L. security team has been fully briefed on our agreement. Only vessels carrying the OSI tag will be granted docking access to the facility. The station's coordinates, along with the appropriate clearance protocols, are included in the secure attachment below. Please ensure your pilots review them thoroughly prior to arrival.
As emphasized earlier, our station operates under strict internal protocols. While your crews will be treated with the utmost respect and courtesy, we must reiterate that any documentation or research observed during your visit is to remain strictly confidential. We understand nothing is foolproof in space — but given OSI’s standing and our mutual interest in future collaborations, we trust your teams will exercise the necessary discretion.
And while our security team may seem a bit too serious at times, rest assured — they only bite if someone tries to sneak a peek. And even then, they prefer to growl first.
We look forward to seeing your transports soon and hope this will be the first of many successful ventures between our organizations. Maybe that Rheinbier will find a way to make it to M.M.L. too—if all goes smoothly, we’ll pop a few together at the station bar!
