you may not remember me. I was ze person who negotiated ze prisoner import agreement for ze penal colony Hammersee wiz you. Alzough we are not yet finished transferring ze 10.000 inmates, I would like to know if ze auzorization to transport zem is still valid.

I am not familiar wiz Gallic law, but according to ze Gallic Permits & Licenses Registry, we are not auzorized to transport prisoners. Since zis contradicts ze intended prisoner import, I would like to know if your temporary auzorization is still valid.

Ze Reichstag of ze empire has now passed new bills to counteract ze ongoing dereliction in discipline. We are currently in ze process of optimizing ze logistical processes regarding prisoner transport. Among ozer zings, a new prison station will soon open in our capital system. Ze Spandau Prison will serve as a collection point and courthouse for convicted criminals and potential suspects. I'm sure we could reach a mutual agreement for a possible prisoner exchange, should you be interested.

Anyway, I have not forgotten my promise regarding securing ze Alsace Passage. As I already hinted at ze time, ze bureaucratic processes in ze Rheinland are unfortunately somewhat... lengzy. But zanks to your renewed push on zis matter, resources have now been approved regarding ze Alsace Passage.
