Caught a distress beacon ping from Magellan while on patrol in California. Burned over to see some of our raiders under fire from numerous LSF ships, gunships included, proceeded to engage all threats with extreme prejudice.
All hostiles were neutralized, I count one interceptor and gunship rendered no-factor by myself while others were eliminated by other pilots in the field.
They may proceed with similar probing actions across the independent worlds to save face after they were disgraced for their conduct in Ontario, and the loss of the Peary, which is to be expected. This makes them more predictable than usual and careless. Glory hounds always get themselves killed.
Advise we escalate readiness on Barrow, Leyte, Milford, and Ouray in preparation for counter-offensives. Awaiting further orders in this regard, ALL-COM.
